Do I have to attend in person?
No, our program is 100% virtual and we record our meetings so if you can’t make it you can watch it later… It’s 100% go at your own pace…. We’ve helped plenty of overnight nurses/parents/ people with busy schedules break into the industry as the program is made for you to achieve it on your timeline.
If I’m in college when should I join?
6-12 months before graduation to help you stand out, have offers before you graduate, and come in with a higher salary than if you only started 2 months before. Yes, you can take this program while you’re still in college.

Meet the Founder

Hey, I’m Jacob.

I’m the founder of New to Medical Device Sales and a former top performer Medical Sales Rep & Manager.

I didn’t come from a traditional sales background. I started as a personal trainer, broke into medical device sales with zero prior sales experience, and earned four job offers from top medical device companies before accepting a full line Territory Manager role at Medtronic.

I took over the lowest performing territory in the nation and grew it over 200 percent in under two years, finishing as a top 10 territory nationally.

From there, I took on the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States at a MedTech company. In that position, I scaled the region to over 800,000 in revenue in 18 months and helped close one of the largest deals in the company’s history.

After years of building, leading, and scaling inside medical device companies, I shifted my focus toward helping others enter and grow within this industry.
